Accountant (Working in Da Nang Branch)
To check and input the payments document. - To pay for approved documents. - To input related to FA, Petit FA depreciation, allocation of prepayments (include increase, decrease of fixed assets, tools). - To issue parts invoices. - To make reports: Bank daily and monthly reports; inventories report; machines report; AR and AP report; support Assets Report from Admin; assets and tools distribution statement; reconcile the related account. - Deliver and collect AR, AP, deposit confirmation letters. - To arrange and prepare documents for periodical auditing. - To finish all related jobs appointed by Direct supervisor. - To strictly follow the company’s current procedure and rules.
