On January 10, 2025, Marubeni Heavy Equipment Co., Ltd. held a Year-end Party at Sheraton Hanoi West Hotel.  This opportunity is to summarize the contributions and efforts of MHE staffs over the past year and to increase the solidarity and unity of the MHE team - together to go further on new journey.

The YEP vibe has been in the office since the dance, singing and music groups started rehearsing months ago and really exploded on event night with special and surprise performances.

The opening was a joyful spring atmosphere with the dance performance “Tết đong đầy” with increasingly professional performances by beautiful young boys and girls. This MHE dance team has become more professional after a few YEP seasons.

Next, Mr. Kei Chiba - General Director of the Company expressed his sincere thanks for the efforts of all employees and hoped that we will continue to work to further develop MHE.

In this year's YEP program, MHE is honored to have the presence of Mr. Yusaku Nemoto - General Director of Marubeni Vietnam to share the happy moment with MHE staffs.

YEP is also an opportunity for MHE to recognize the contributions of employees who have been with MHE for 5 years - 10 years and many years to come.

 YEP 2024 is truly a passionate party night for MHE non-professional artists with the most elaborate and meticulous preparations to bring the unique performances to audience.

The mashup dance “Gentleman – APT” really surprised the audience, when the dance team consisted of 4 women and 2 men, but appearing on stage were “6 sexy ladies” in short skirts and long legs. The audience was extremely surprised and happy to enjoy this special performance.

The fact is that these two newly fake ladies had overshaded the other four beautiful girls on stage. The two guys even were tore their stockings as they first experience this. When it was almost time to go on stage, they were still fumbling with their laces, wearing short skirts, high boots. Then it was time for the team's performance, but they had just finished make up to one cheek, they told the amateur makeup artist: "No need to finish other cheek, just put on lipstick so I can go to the stage in time." At first, they seemed shy, but when the audience cheered them on so enthusiastically, the team went all out, dancing so hard that they broke their glasses and dropped their accessories, but they didn't care, they just danced.

The next performance was no less exciting and brought extremely impressive moments to the audience. Non-professional Japanese singer - Mr. Haruki Koyama, sang the song "Gangnam Style" in Korean very professionally with facial expressions, performance movements as well as sparkling props.

The audience also enjoyed the program.

This year, the familiar singer of MHE art programs - singer Cao Xuan Doan brought a completely new style from the remix of the song of previous year to a gentle, lyrical and profound song of “Looking for you, a folk song of Lam River”. It really attracted audience attention, he received bunches of flower at the end of the performance.

The duet Hong Phong - Huong Thao also brought a gentle, emotional performance "Touch by touch" and received a lot of cheers from the audience.

The BINGO mini game - a gift from Komatsu Representative Office - which was very professionally organized, has received a record – breaking interaction ever from MHE staffs.

The bonuses for winners are very diverse, they can be items collected from business trips of Komatsu experts, or items from famous games, as well as shopping vouchers... The game is rated as fun, exciting, attractive and full of surprises.

Everyone was watching to see if it was their turn to win the game.

Many members already have 4 straight holes, just waiting for 1 more straight hole to be the winner.

But unfortunately, although the 4-hole team was full, everyone thought they were about to reach hole 5, but after waiting, they did not see their number appear, people left with regret.

Gift after gift, lucky red envelopes have also found their owners in the Lucky draw section.

The MHE year-end party ended successfully.
