To appreciate the contribution of MHE staff after a hard work year, as well as strengthen the spirit of solidarity between departments and branches, Marubeni Heavy Equipment Co., Ltd. organized a 2025 summer trip in Dong Hoi city, Quang Binh province - one of the prominent destinations of Central Vietnam tourism. The trip welcomed the enthusiastic members from Hanoi Office, Da Nang Branch and Bien Hoa Branch. The trip filled with connection, exchange, and enhanced MHE spirit.

Celina Peninsula Resort Quang Binh was chosen as the ideal place to stay, offering blue seas, white sand, golden sunshine, and especially vast green lawns that brought everyone a sense of peace and relaxation.

Our mission was to play hard and have fun — let the company took care of everything else

The trip kicked off with a lively performance from young, beautiful and energetic girls of the cheering team.

The performance stirred up the atmosphere, causing the fans to continuously cheer and “hold their breath in anticipation”. Everyone thought they were about to admire a hot hit “shirtless” performance, but it turned out to be just… “ it seems so but it is not”. However, no one was disappointed, because the laughter and excitement brought by the cheering team made the beach as hot as a real stage. Who knows, next summer, what everyone expects will come true?

On the afternoon of the first day, the group participated in a team building activity on the beach of the resort. The weather was challenging but still satisfying. It seemed like a sudden rain would affect the program, but fortunately, there were only a few drops of rain, a few gusts of wind from the sea, and then it cleared up immediately. The organizing team kept urging the MC: "Hurry up, or it will rain and we won't be able to play anything" - The MC was very calm: "Don't worry, I'll take care of everything". And the result was a super impressive MHE masterpiece in a word-arranging version

The cool and pleasant air made the games more and more exciting, laughter and cheers echoed across the beach. Teamwork spirit, good coordination, fun moments opened a perfect trip.

The ball balancing game seems simple but turns out to be not! Players must hold the small ball on the plate and move skillfully to reach the finish line without dropping it. Some people walk while shaking, afraid that the ball will roll away, their faces tense as if they were taking a university entrance exam, the more they play, the funnier it gets, the more they drop, the more they laugh!

Next, the horseback riding to the finish line and throwing the ball to score points is truly the "top of entertainment". Couples ride horses together, coordinating to avoid falling, but after only a few meters, one falls on top of the other, face up in the air. Yet no one cries out in pain, still smiles, gets up and continues with the determination to score points for their team.

The atmosphere was more exciting than ever when there were "amateur athletes" who hit the 100-point hole, making the whole team cheer. Emotions burst out, hugging each other to celebrate as if they had just won the Olympics – because more than the score, it was the joy and teamwork that spread throughout the playground

The matrix of hats could not stop the members from scoring more points for their team. Everyone was eager as if searching for "treasure"

The games not only bring laughter but also create an invisible bond between members from the three regions – because when they fall, laugh together, and run to the finish line together, they are teammates in the fullest sense.

The next day is an optional tour to visit famous places in Quang Binh such as Thien Duong cave, Phong Nha cave, Ozzo park eco-tourism area, Quang Phu sand hill... we have moments of relaxation and refresh our bodies comfortably.

The group visiting Thien Duong Cave seemed very satisfied with their choice after admiring and experiencing the “paradise” on earth. As soon as we set foot inside the cave, the whole group was extremely surprised by the cool, pleasant space, completely opposite to the hot sun outside. The majestic, magnificent beauty of the natural stalactite and stalagmite system formed over millions of years made everyone in amazement at the majesty of this place

Another group chose to visit Phong Nha Cave – one of the most famous caves in Vietnam, once known as the “first cave wonder”.

The journey begins with a motorboat ride down the blue Son River, flanked by majestic mountains and peaceful villages – a poetic scene that makes people want to capture every moment. As the boat slowly glides into the cave, a completely different space opens up – quiet, cool and mysterious.

Continuing the journey, we visited the Ozzo Park eco-tourism area - an ideal place for those who love to exercise, challenge themselves and immerse themselves in the fresh natural space

The challenges on the tree did not bother for strong boys and girls: Some climbed like squirrels, some as walked and as ask themselves " Are you sure you can keep walking?", some floated in the air trembling and laughing because they wanted to go down but could not find the way down.

On the ground, the "real" advisory team worked at full capacity: "Go slowly, step by step!", "put your hand stable, keep it up!", "Just swing over and you'll get there". Then many players listened & determined to climb up. There were times when someone wanted to give up and found that there was no way down, so they had to... continue playing to finish the game! The result was that people were exhausted, clothes were dirty, but everyone brought back a sky full of memories, laughter and happiness in tear.

Meanwhile, at the resort's swimming pool, the swimming teams were ready, just waiting for starting the race.

There were many surprises in this first relay swimming season: the team thought that they had firmly grasped the first prize, but the swim slowly like bathing in a stream, the first prize slipped out of their hands in the regret; or a team with two swam fast like fishermen but accompanied by newly swim  member then it took the team's performance backwards; Or the team that started slowly thought it was over, but unexpectedly the teammates were super excellent and win the first prize to the surprise of both the referee and other teams... The first swimming season has revealed many potential athletes and promising exciting swimming competition for next year.

Closing the impressive Summer Trip journey is Gala Dinner at the 5-star Celina Peninsula Resort Quang Binh. In a luxurious, shimmering space, we shared memorable moments and full of joy, laughter and teamwork spirit.

In this special occasion, we honor outstanding individuals of 2024. This is a worthy recognition for the persistent efforts, professional working spirit and outstanding contributions of the employees throughout the past year.

Prizes for group activities were awarded to the winners. These were practical gifts such as a cold beer, fragrant beef jerky – which could be used for a celebratory party right after receiving them! The "pillar" members were assured that they would be rewarded for their contributions to the group, no matter how small or large.

The highlight of the Gala night was the mini-game of finding objects – though it was simple but made funny atmosphere for the night. Some people were considered as a “living dictionary of machine repair”, but unexpectedly, right after answering, the consulting team agreed that was wrong answer. The unexpected twist making the audience laugh.

After the award ceremony, the Gala Dinner really exploded with exciting performances from the "home artists" of the MHE family! Not only are they hardworking office workers, but also talent artists they are that makes the audience applaud endlessly!

🔥 The inspiring performance and youthful style opened a vibrant gala dinner of Bien Hoa branch with the fiery dance "Oh love – Ok farewell", making the atmosphere seem to explode – both funny, graceful, and "farewell" but still very happy!

🎤 The Da Nang team took the audience through many emotions with the performance "Angry but loving" – an extremely attractive, gentle but disruptive combination of rap and dancing. It must be said that "it is too easy to be angry but to love"!

🌞 The Hanoi team brings a youthful and fresh breeze with the performance "Turning the summer differently" – both singing and dancing extremely well, just like the hot summer. The  people could not sit with the dynamism and enthusiasm from this performance

The solo performances also left an impression on the audience. A solo dance on the background of Bac Bling trending music is unique with selflessness for the art of Ms. Mui - Hanoi office.

The duet Hong Phong – Huong Thao brought a lyrical and deep song "I just called to say I love you"

The familiar singer Cao Xuan Doan makes the people burn with the remix song "Spring of Love", a performance that attracts a lot of semi-professional dancers to dance on stage. He was too enthusiastic and excited, so he sang more songs so that people could dance freely.

The Gala night ended with a very special moment – the team dance "Connecting big arms" made people explode with emotions. For the first time, the floor of the 5-star hotel hall suddenly turned into a "free dance floor".  Everyone, regardless of location, department, and branch, held hands, singing and dancing to the music. The music that emerges made people as if a "hidden artist instinct" – singing along, dancing along, holding hands extending into an extremely swaying train! Every song that rings out is a fire – as if the media team hadn't stopped the music, people would have danced... to the next morning! The atmosphere was still "boiling" even when MC announced that "the show is over".  it seems that everyone was attached, did not want to go home, continued to sing hand in hand and saved the last moments of a Gala night full of emotions, cohesion and... very MHE.
