LEGAL STAFF (01 staff) (VACANCY EXPIRE)

1.             Job Description

  • Contract

-       To draft and/or review contracts/ agreements; To review tender documents

-       To review and follow principle contracts. To propose amendments if needed.

  • Business registration and other licensing issues

-       To prepare documents, check legal issues and liaise with competent authorities

  • Other legal issues

-       Legal consult and to make minutes/ report of legal issues when required

-       To update and systematize all legal documents issued by government agencies relevant to the company’s business

-       To provide support, liaise with governmental department and other statutory authorities

  • Litigation: To check relevant legal issues, to prepare documents and liaise with authorities
  • Compliance

-       To check company issues relating to internal rules, MC policies

-       To propose and prepare amendment to internal rules if needed/ required

  • Others
  • To translate legal documents, internal regulations or general correspondences into English or vice versa

-     To create, prepare and maintain reports and documents related to Board of Management (Meetings Minutes, Resolutions, decisions etc)

-     To timely update the current law

-     To fully join all training activities of the Company

-     To finish all related jobs appointed by Direct supervisor                                                                                                                   

2.             Job Requirements

-     Education: (at least) Bachelor at Law, have strong knowledge about Law

-     Experience: at least 2-3 year-experience at similar position, preferably at foreign enterprises or at law firms

-     Skills: Writing sklls, synthetic & analytical skills, negotiation skill, presentation skill, problem solving skill, and computer proficiency

-     Languages: Good at English (4 skills)

-     Ability: careful, hardworking and be able to work under high pressure with high sense of responsibility, careful and enthusiastic.
