On the evening of January 30, 2026, at InterContinental Hanoi Westlake hotel, the big family of Marubeni Heavy Equipment Co., Ltd. (MHE) came together to celebrate Year End Party 2025 – “Building on Success.” This was not merely a year-end celebration, but also a meaningful moment to look back on the journey we travelled, to appreciate the quiet dedication behind our achievements, and to nurture shared confidence for the road ahead.

The program opened with a video about MHE’s service technicians—those who rarely stand under the spotlight yet serve as the solid foundation of the company’s reputation and customer trust. Each image and moment was simple yet profound, conveying sincere gratitude for their persistent dedication throughout the past year.

In the warm and dignified atmosphere, Mr. Kei Chiba – General Director of Marubeni Heavy Equipment Co., Ltd. expressed his deep appreciation to all employees for their responsibility, unity, and tireless efforts. His sincere and thoughtful remarks served as great encouragement for the MHE team to continue working together and drive the company toward greater growth and success

The joy of the evening was further enriched by the presence of Mr. Yusaku Nemoto –General Director of Marubeni Vietnam, who joined the celebration and delivered his best wishes to the MHE family.

One of the most touching and memorable moments of the night was the ceremony honoring employees with 10 years of service. Every handshake and round of applause carried heartfelt respect and gratitude for those who have steadfastly accompanied MHE, contributing to its decade-long journey of development.

Continuing the program, a video highlighting about MHE’s charity activities at Sin Chai Primary School in Lao Cai deeply moved the audience. Beyond material support, MHE brought hope, compassion, and dreams to children in remote mountainous areas. This meaningful activity clearly reflected MHE’s strong sense of social responsibility—not only paving the way for machinery but also helping to open brighter futures for underprivileged children.

The atmosphere of the evening became lively and colorful with impressive “home-grown” cultural performances.

From the emotional solo performance of Mr. Nguyen Truong Giang with “Đừng trách câu ví dặm”,

to the sweet duet “Em đồng ý – Yes, I do” by Nguyet Anh & Van Cong.

In particular, the energetic traditional Japanese dance “Soran”, performed by two Japanese guys and creatively combined with images of Komatsu, Bomag, and Haulotte machines “dancing” on the screen, brought laughter and enthusiastic applause—serving as a joyful wish for a prosperous business year ahead.

The most remarkable highlight of Year End Party 2025 was the “MHE Moments” video competition. The five submitted videos represented five unique stories and perspectives, all sharing a common love and pride for MHE. The judging panel worked with fairness and care to select the most deserving works.

The Sales & Marketing team’s video, bursting with energy and youthful spirit, won First Prize – Team Category.

The Accounting team, with meticulous investment and creativity in every detail, earned Second Prize – Team Category.

In the Individual Category, each video left its own distinctive mark.

Mr. Nguyen Hong Phong’s work showcased a strong and unique personal style.

Mr. Nguyen Van Quang’s video authentically portrayed the dedicated, resilient, and always-smiling Forklift service team

Most notably, the First Prize – Individual Category was awarded to Mr. Nguyen Truong Giang for his fully self-produced video on Bomag products, including original composition, arrangement, performance, and editing—an outstanding testament to the passion, creativity, and enthusiasm of an MHE member.

The program concluded with the Lucky Draw, featuring lucky red envelopes and bright smiles on everyone’s faces

Although Year End Party 2025 has come to an end, the warm emotions, pride, and strong sense of unity remain..

A new year opens with many opportunities and challenges ahead. With solidarity and enthusiasm from all employees, the MHE will continue to move forward confidently, together writing new milestones of success in 2026.
